There is no pegging in softball!!! Yesterday I was playing a double header in softball. I bat second so i get up and hit a groundball up the middle for a single. The next batter up hits a routine flyball to right, so i decide im going to tag up. I wait on the base he basket catches the ball. I run I am a little more than half way between 1st and 2nd when I get pegged in the ribs with the ball. The ball gets kicked I run to third and get there safely. They challenge me tagging up and I get called out. First off both umpires were looking at him catch the ball. Clearly I am fast and if I didnt wait i would have been standing on second. Secondly who throws the ball at the runner. Are we playing 5th grade kickball where pegging the runner is an option. I dont understand what goes through peoples minds. |

Sunday Labor Day Weekend I know Weddings are a beautiful thing. They are meant to be once in a lifetime. So please do not piss off the guests by making it on the Sunday of Labor day weekend. I have to attend a wedding this Labor day. I will be upset the summer is over, and even more upset that I can not enjoy it by being out. |

7/25-8/1 Family Functions That Are Ruining Weekends in the Summer!!! I know you all agree that family functions are miserable even in the dead of winter, but in the summer they really make you feel like you are being punished for something you didn't do! We want to hear about your ruined weekends.

possibly getting laid off So today was my last day of a phase of the job. I may be getting laid off until the next phase begins. This phase lasted more than two and a half weeks so I would not be able to keep my spot on the work list. So now I have to go to the end of the list.SO the company may or may not have work me for tomorrow and I have not heard from them yet so more than likely its a NO!!! |

Food Shopping in Brooklyn I really don't even know where to start. It begins with parking underground in what smells like the sewer, then getting yelled at for not being a good Jew and lighting a candle on Fridays (and I'm not Jewish), then you get the wonderful opportunity to food shop next to people that must just eat curry and never shower. I'm not even sure who should get punched in the face here...but I will punch myself in the face if I ever do that again! |

panduit rj45 heads i want to punch in the face the creator of these heads. panduit makes such good stuff yet these heads are very hard to work with and very frustrating, i dont know how the little old ladys in the factories do them so quickly! |

Mama says knock you out.... Pink shirt, skinny jean wearing, overly tan, body hairless metro-sexual "men" who wear so much hair gel that it looks like they've been electricuted. Or guys who take half naked pictures of themself in their parent's bathroom mirror while making the kissy face or sticking their middle finger up...
